Jerry Broekhuis founded the firm in July 2017.  Jerry began his career in 1979 with Touche Ross & Co in their tax department.  He has a Masters in Taxation from Seidman College of Business, Grand Valley State University.

With over 40 years in the field, Jerry and his team have the knowledge and experience to facilitate your accounting questions and needs. With extensive experience in multi-state taxation and has multi-national tax experience, Jerry has coordinated the tax aspects of many mergers and acquisitions, several of which were multi-national.
